• GENERAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. 1.1

     All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per: person and their family, home address, email address, IP-address, telephone number, account number, e-wallet number, payment system account, one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).

  2. 1.2

     All players can take advantage of the bonuses. Exceptions do apply for the cases when the bonus has a country restriction when using a No Deposit bonus. Following countries are restricted from using a No Deposit bonus:Poland, France and its overseas territories (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Réunion, Mayotte, St. Pierre and Miquelon, St. Barthélemy, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna, New Caledonia), Netherlands and Curacao.

  3. 1.3

     The player is not allowed to abuse the bonus offers. In case of such abuse, the Casino has the right to prohibit the Player to receive any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both at the moment of wagering and after it.

  4. 1.4

     While playing with an active bonus, it is forbidden to be involved in activities that give the player a clearly unfair advantage. Such activities include, but are not limited to, these: delaying game rounds in any game, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when you have no wagering requirements, leaving large bets on the table, for example in blackjack, and returning to the game after bonus wagering has been completed, playing games with bonus money to build up in-game value, lose the bonus funds, and then cash out on the built-up value during real-money play, using strategies that take advantage of any software bug or failure.

  5. 1.5

     All the bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement for obtaining the bonus, limitation of the maximum possible bonus amount, wagering terms, limitation of the maximum amount of bets while wagering, time limitation of bonus life, unless otherwise indicated.

  6. 1.6

     Any issued bonuses are by default limited to a maximum bet during wagering: 10 EUR / 10 USD / 100 NOK / 10 CAD / 10 NZD, or similar Fiat or crypto value, unless otherwise specified. Max bet limit includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed as well as bonus rounds (purchased within the game).

  7. 1.7

     The winnings obtained by using bonuses become available for withdrawal only after meeting the requirements of all wagering rules.

  8. 1.8

     Validity of the bonus depends on the type of the bonus itself. Please, note a player is given 24 hours for free spins bonus activation to complete wagering requirements of the particular bonus from the moment it was received unless otherwise indicated; 7 days validity applies to cash bonus from the moment it was received unless otherwise indicated.

  9. 1.9

     At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the conditions of wagering are not met, all bonus money and winnings are void.

  10. 1.10

      A player can not request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering.

  11. 1.11

      When gambling with the bonus, the bets are placed for real money in the first place, and only then for the bonus.

  12. 1.12

      A player has not the right to cancel any bonuses without proceeding to their wagering.

  13. 1.13

      Only one bonus can be activated at a time. The deposit bonuses cannot be combined.

  14. 1.14

      A player has the right to refuse from any bonuses from the Casino.

  15. 1.15

      Delaying any game round in any game, including free spins features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or performing new deposit(s) while having free spins features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.

  16. 1.16

      Please, note that not in all games a bet amount is fully taken into account when wagering the bonus.

  17. 1.17

      When gambling with bonus funds, all the winnings requested for withdrawal pass a check prior to payment processing. The Casino reserves the right to request the user to confirm the personal data and payment method data as a result of the check.

  18. 1.18

      The Casino has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, as well as to confiscate all the money in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules. Please, note, bonus money on the balance less than 0.05 EUR and equivalents will be deducted from the balance. This include such violation as for example VPN connection according to the T&C.

  19. 1.19

      The Casino reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms at any time.

  20. 1.20

      The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages (e.g. collecting 9 out of 10 coins to reach that bonus feature) and then final stages (e.g. playing to collect the final coin to reach 10 out of 10 coins to reach the bonus feature) completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

  21. 1.21

      In the rare event that the deposit bonus is not automatically granted after making a qualifying deposit, please contact support before any bets are made, and the customer support staff will manually grant you the bonus. Please note that our systems will not allow us to grant you the bonus if you place bets with your qualifying deposit before the bonus is manually granted.

• WELCOME PACKAGE

  1. 2.1

     To claim the deposit welcome bonus or any deposit bonus, the user must make a minimum deposit of EUR 20, or similar in Fiat or crypto currency. The welcome offer is valid for all new qualifying customers of Casino.

  2. 2.2

     All casino bonuses (including No deposite Bonus or free spins) need to be wagered at least 40 (forty)times before the funds can be withdrawn, unless otherwise stated.

  3. 2.3

     For Registration bonuses, extra spins, free spins, and free bonuses which require NO deposit, note that no winnings at all may be withdrawn/transferred until you have transferred at least 20 € or equal in Fiat or crypto currency in to your player account. In addition, no winnings accrued in connection with any Free Bonus may be withdrawn/transferred until the wagering requirements have been met.

  4. 2.4

     Casino do wager maximum amount, per round, when playing on ScarlettCasino. The Maximum amount to be wagered is 2€ or similar in cryptocurrency. For No Deposit Bonus the amount to be wagered is 2 € or similar in cryptocurrency.

  5. 2.5

     Maximum Bonus win in Free Spins is 100 € or equal when making a withdrawal, after wagering! Special terms may be applied when it comes to Cash Bonus, please see p 2.8. Check with the support for assistans.

  6. 2.6

     In the event of any dispute, the decision of ScarlettCasino.com will be final.

  7. 2.7

     You may only collect a total of 300 € or similar crypto- currencie when winning in Free Spin mode. The amount will be transfered to your Free Spin wallet. In the case of No Deposit Bonus the amount transfered to your Free Spin wallet is only 25 € (if not specified other) or similar in cryptocurrency.

  8. 2.8

     You may only withdraw a total of 2000 € or similar crypto- currency when using Cash Bonus money, after wagering. The amount will be transfered to your Cash wallet.

  9. 2.9

     The maximum win for each round (spin) when having an active bonus is 200€ or similiar in cryptocurrency. In No deposit Bonus, Free Spin Bonus and Cash Bonus the maximum win amount is 20 € or similar in cryptocurrency.

  10. 2.10

      When playing No deposit or with Bonus money, there will be a "Win Lock". The amount that you have won thru No deposit or Bonus money needs to be "unlocked" thru a deposit. The deposit amount to unlock the No deposit or Bonus money will be shown depending on your win or Bonus money amount.
