What happens if I sent my deposit to another address or if I deposited lower than the minimum amount?

As we do not have any access over the actual transfer being made(this is done via the blockchain and miners) , funds that are sent to another address or below the minimum amount are unfortunately lost.

Why can't I bet more than X / why can't I play X games?

When you are using a bonus there are a few rules that applies for this when it comes to both maximum bet and games that are allowed to be played. Until the bonus has been wagered through, the maximum bet is 20 EUR/GBP/USD/CAD/AUD, or equail.

What are wagering requirements?
